Running Accomplishments:

Just starting to run and not confident yet! The highlights of my running career include running 5 miles through the hills of west salem. ha. 

Short-Term Running Goals:

Excited to actually finish a race this year! First a 1/2 marathon then H2C!

CDA1/2 Marathon without dying.  

Long-Term Running Goals:

Keep in shape, healthy.  Use running/excercise as a form of thearapy and way to clear my head.  It always puts me in a better mood no matter what! 

Personal:

Happily married with a doggie, Frank and a cat Phoebe.  Human children in the future, God willing!

Didnt make it the full 8 :( Not cool.  Very windy out and Frank was being a real jerk. He pretty much pulled my arm off twice because we saw other dogs out.  Its like "WOW, another dog I'd better run as fast as possible towards it so I can sniff its butt.  Even, though I've already ran about 6 miles I still need to pull Rachael's arm off."  So I had to cut it off short a little. Oh well I'll make up for it tomorrow I guess.
