| | Okay, so this run was supposed to happen yesterday! But, drank wayy too much at Jordan's company christmas party on Friday night so running yesterday am was out of the question! I had such high aspirations Friday night to run from our house to Dallas where we left our car (because we couldnt drive home) which would be 9.3 miles, a long/perfect run. Ha! Get Real. I could barely get out of bed yesterday. Ugh. So today I did do a new loop. Instead of going down the hill through west salem I went up and down to HWY 22 towards the coast. It was a nice change of scenery. Ran for 59 minutes... so probably a little more than 6 miles. |

| | Took the great advice that Nicole gave and downloaded the GPS app for my phone. :) So yes, I know I ran 5, I just didnt time it. Oh, well. After next week I really need to get back to being more disciplined!! I feel like such a slacker lately, not to mention I've gained a legitimate 5 lbs. Ugh. I cant wait to have my Garmin back! |

| | It was so nasty out this morning, raining like crazy and very windy. I ran 3.5 on the TM and saw that it had cleared up a bit so I thought I'd better finish out side and let Frank stretch his legs too. I put on a long sleeved tshirt and headed out in my shorts. Burrrrrrrrr!! It immediately began raining again! I managed 2.5 out side and came back soaked and cold. I cannot wait for my garmin to be back! I'm afraid to see what my splits will be when I finally can track it again... 11:30, 10:30, 11:00 haha. Oh, well I WILL get back into it more consistently after Christmas. :) Now off to ID for an entire week for Christmas vacation! Very excited to be home, just wish Jordan could join me. :( He will be there on Thursday in time for Christmas Eve/Christmas! |

Went to the gym with my mom and ran on the TM. Kept a pretty good pace the whole time started out at a 9:31 pace, ran 2 miles at this and then sped up about 10 seconds every mile after that. Felt good to stretch my legs and look out at the snow covered parking lot! :)
We were going to go to spinning but my mom forgot her shoes so we had to drive back home and get them, missing the spinning class. Just as well, had a good run. Tomorrow maybe pilates. Now off to finish Christmas shopping. Buying stocking stuffers, the best part. :) |

| | Finally, finally managed to get my butt outta bed this am and run before work.. Husband is back! I always get paranoid of running in the dark when he is gone. How would anyone know if I was kidnapped if he wasnt there?!? Dumb, so I need to do better about running on the TM, but then I feel so guilty about Frank. I guess 1 person (me) getting a run in is better than none. NEXT WEEK= 4 days of running! |
