Ran with Frank this morning.  A small polmeranien (sp?) type dog was chasing after us and I didnt even realize it for awhile, then I saw its owner chasing after it, after us!  She did not look happy, then Frank tried to mal it to death and it freaked out.  So I ran her dog back to her and she didnt even say thank you.  She just grabbed her dog with an angry face.  Oh well, I had a good run and its been a good start to what hopefully will be a great day. :)

What a B. That's happened to me before but the people have always been really grateful, not mean! Its not your fault she didn't train her dog or have it on a leash! What time do you get up to get these runs in before work? Very impressive!

I know, I think she was probably more mad at her dog but still?! I ran it back to her!

I usually get up at 5:55. :) It's just a habit to run in the morning now on most days. Sometimes after a long day at work I cant find the motivation to go running. So I know I will do it in the am.
