I've taken some major time off this week! Can't wait to get back at it tomorrow. I think my legs and hamstrings have enjoyed the break, but I'm ready to run.

What! You didn't tell me about this! Straight up situps or something special? Sets of how many how often a day? I need to get my stomach into shape too! I also need some fake tanner or something.

Just some different ab crunches and workouts. Once a day and I'm sore! I need to have a tighter tummy!
