Finally was able to run today. My chest and head didnt feel all that great but was better than expected. Ran at a slow pace on the treadmill for 5 miles. TT 47:42 Meant to run yesterday outside and enjoy the beautiful weather. However, after being sick with probably the worst cold I've had in a couple of years, I mangaged to also contract pink eye. GROSS! This is something I've never had before either! So, now I am home once again becuase it is highly contageous. My husband won't even sleep in the same bed as me. :( How could I make sales calls, meet with customers and expect co-workers to suffer in fear that they might too contract "the pink eye"? So, my boss told me to stay home. Karma is a you-know-what, this is what I get for making fun of my husband for being sick last week with the "man cold". Hopefully, I'm on the road to recovery. |
