met my goal for the week! It was kind of messed up though because I started out on the treadmill because I was scared to run outside that early with out frank :( So, I ran 5 on the treadmill at about a 9:41 pace (6.2) Then I got really bored and ran outside right about the time it started to downpour! So, that lasted 2 miles and came back in and finished on the treadmill for the last 3 (approx 6.2 tried to go faster at the end) So, dont really have splits. First 5 of treadmill was 48:20 2 outside 20:06 3 on treadmill 27:45 for at TT 1:36:11 Not sure how I feel... it was really hard but felt good too. And hard to gauge how I really did because I ran on tm, then outside then tm again. Heres to11 next week?!! The 1/2 marathon is coming soon and I still need to sign up... Now sooo excited to hang with my mom for a girls weekend in Portland!! And I feel entitled to eat whatever I want!! (drink too! :)
