Tried to run fast but it's just not happening! Really going to do an 8:59 AP this afternoon!

9:22 9:05 9:37 9:08 9:37 Achieved goals! Ran a shorty after work of 3 miles and hit an AP of 8:56. TT 26:59 9:06 8:42 9:03 Felt so good I decided to mow the lawn. :) Funny because when I got home from work I felt lethargic and tired. Didnt want to do anything but the run gave me some energy! Hamstrings are a little tight... need to stretch!
