Just starting to run and not confident yet! The highlights of my running career include running 5 miles through the hills of west salem. ha. 

Short-Term Running Goals:

Excited to actually finish a race this year! First a 1/2 marathon then H2C!

CDA1/2 Marathon without dying.  

Long-Term Running Goals:

Keep in shape, healthy.  Use running/excercise as a form of thearapy and way to clear my head.  It always puts me in a better mood no matter what! 

Personal:

Happily married with a doggie, Frank and a cat Phoebe.  Human children in the future, God willing!

Ran with Frankie before work. And my mom is the best!  She got me a good luck present for HTC!  It is the cutest leggings with a built in skirt from Lucy to run in. It is so cute! I cant wait to wear it, it's nice to get some support from family! (Nicole you're a GREAT encourager! :)))

That is sooo nice of her! I seriously love that capri/skirt thing, I want one! I wish it came in colors (like red, duh!). I can't wait for H2C, we're going to have the best time ever! What time do you have to work on Sunday? I wish you didn't, I want to do another downhill run!

I dont have to work actually it got cancelled! I planned to take tomorrow off because I did my long run today but I could do a shorty downhill. I am excited too!
