Running Accomplishments:

Just starting to run and not confident yet! The highlights of my running career include running 5 miles through the hills of west salem. ha. 

Short-Term Running Goals:

Excited to actually finish a race this year! First a 1/2 marathon then H2C!

CDA1/2 Marathon without dying.  

Long-Term Running Goals:

Keep in shape, healthy.  Use running/excercise as a form of thearapy and way to clear my head.  It always puts me in a better mood no matter what! 

Personal:

Happily married with a doggie, Frank and a cat Phoebe.  Human children in the future, God willing!

Ran 3 after work. I was in a terrible mood, felt better afteward per usual. Chest is still tight, slowly getting better.

Gold star day... Really, REALLY didnt want to get out of bed and run in the cold. But what actually motivated me was that I went to bed at 9, so I had, had plenty of sleep and the window was open so I could hear that it was NOT raining. Forced myself somehow. Thank the Lord. I needed it.

Walked 4 miles in the neighborhood. It's strange because I feel like walking gives my glutes a better workout than running does? Just not burning the same calories.

Did lunges and girl pushups at home.
