I may of just had the greatest run of my life. Yes!! I was squinting at the bright, BRIGHT sun and blue sky enjoying the fresh air, thinking this beats running in the cold, dark, rain in February any day!! But, funny thing is that, in order to enjoy the runs in the summer when its so beautiful out you need to do the runs when its miserable out in the fall and winter. I ran all 5 miles in the VFF's and I feel pretty good. Plus, I had the best AP I've had all year which is encouraging. I was getting sad because my splits are so slow compared to last year. But there is hope. Needless to say I think it's going to be a GREAT day! Here we go Thursday, here we go, CLAP, CLAP!

Plus this weekend is the Keizer Iris Festival 1/2 Marathon and Justin AND Nicole will be here! Yay!  Double Rainbow!
