Weather was better this morning, not so cold. But very foggy. Despite the run, still feel bloated and just plain fat. I've put on a legitimate 8lbs since October. Time to get my nose to the grind!! Too much alcohol and sodium rich foods. I hate the water weight from all the salt intake!
Need to update my goals:
Run 1000 miles this year, H2C again... various small races, 1/2 marathon..
Dare I say full...??? |
