| | Gold star day... Really, REALLY didnt want to get out of bed and run in the cold. But what actually motivated me was that I went to bed at 9, so I had, had plenty of sleep and the window was open so I could hear that it was NOT raining. Forced myself somehow. Thank the Lord. I needed it. |

Walked 4 miles in the neighborhood. It's strange because I feel like walking gives my glutes a better workout than running does? Just not burning the same calories.
Did lunges and girl pushups at home. |

| | Walked 3 before work. It wasnt foggy and with the time change I acutally got to see some sunrise! I love the mornings where you can see the huge moon in the East and the sun about to rise in the West. Which means it was clear out! And a high of 61!! Great day. :) |
