Went to the gym with my mom and ran on the TM. Kept a pretty good pace the whole time started out at a 9:31 pace, ran 2 miles at this and then sped up about 10 seconds every mile after that. Felt good to stretch my legs and look out at the snow covered parking lot! :)
We were going to go to spinning but my mom forgot her shoes so we had to drive back home and get them, missing the spinning class. Just as well, had a good run. Tomorrow maybe pilates. Now off to finish Christmas shopping. Buying stocking stuffers, the best part. :) |
